💼 Position: Sales Agent – Nobi Hair Clinic, Tirana
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: 80,000 ALL + social insurance + performance bonus
About the Role:
Nobi Hair Clinic is looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Agent to join our team in Tirana.
The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads, communicate with international clients in English, and guide them through the consultation and booking process for our hair transplant services.
You’ll play a key role in helping clients feel informed, confident, and ready to proceed with their treatment at our clinic.
Main Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from international clients (via phone, email, WhatsApp).

Present the clinic’s services clearly and professionally in English or Spanish.

Follow up with potential clients to increase booking conversions.

Manage client information and leads through our CRM system.

Coordinate appointments with the medical and administrative team.

Meet monthly sales and performance targets.

Provide excellent after-sales communication and support.
Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English (required), or Spanish.

Experience in sales, customer service, or medical tourism is a plus.

Confident communication and negotiation skills.

Good organizational and follow-up abilities.

Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
